We will start early in the morning from your hotel (or airport). We will travel to Sibiu through Pitesti, Ramnicu Valcea. We will cross the Carpathians Mountains  using the beautiful Olt River Valley to reach Sibiu – a Medieval Town, which was designated the European Cultural Capital in 2007.

In Sibiu we will visit the Roman Catholic Church, the Large Square, the Small Square, Bridge of Lies.

We will visit also the Orthodox Cathedral and the Council Tower. Next we will start driving and we’ll soon arrive at the Museum of traditional folk civilization (an open air museum), where you can find preserved hundreds of Romanian traditional homesteads, collections of mills, wooden churches, a huge collection of ethnographic heritage objects.

After this travel in time, we will drive to Bucuresti along the Olt River Valley – one other beautiful Romanian road, and will visit Turnuri Monastery or Cozia Monastery.

Note that Mondays, Tuesdays and on public holidays some of the objectives can be closed, for this reason we must talk and schedule the trip to avoid that.
